Had a succesful meeting with Prof. Virendra Kumar Malhotra – Member Secretary of Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. Mr. Malhotra promised to assist Swanath in researching the data of Orphans across India and the problems they are facing in the orphanages.
Orphans who have to leave the institution after completing 18 yrs of age, have a hard and arduous life ahead of them due to the innumerable challenges they face. Swanath Foundation visited the Sur Institute of Nagpur to guide them and encourage them for the same, which would definitely show huge benefit in the long run.
